Delivery

Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped with various couriers and Australia Post. All shipments come with online tracking. Some items are too long to be sent with Australia Post so we do request that you provide a street address for delivery for all orders.

We have express options available if required. Please call us on 1800 155 233 to request a price.

We take care to package your goods carefully so that they arrive in perfect condition.

Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
If the item has a specified "Sent/Pre-Order" date beside it in brackets this means the item is a pre-sale purchase and you will receive that item in 2 - 8 business days from this "sent" date.

Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page once you have entered your shipping address details. You can also pick up most products from our warehouse at 91 Stanley Rd, Ingleburn NSW 2565. Please call us on 1800 155 233 to make sure we have the product you require on hand.

If we are shipping to a private residence we will ask if the item is ok to leave. You can specify this on the checkout page. If the goods are not ok to leave you may be required to pick up the item from your nearest courier depot or pack and send centre.

 

Returns

Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love our umbrellas. However if you do not find your item suitable for you we do offer a 30-day returns policy.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag and swing tags.
If your return item arrives without the bag or tag, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your item please email our team at salessupport@shadeaustralia.com.au with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your item.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.
